Do you have a complaints? Don't just keep it. Let your complaints be heard by everybody. There are a lot of ways to make it such as writing a complaint letter. Sometimes, complaining is not as easy as what others think. There are also complaints that was not given priority. There are reasons why some of the complaints were not taken actions and being ignored.
